This pot has a beautiful two tone color combination and is made by the Japanese potter Satoko Suzuki. On the outside, the pot and its lid have a beautiful hand brushed slip coating, while the inside is in natural red clay. The shape of the pot and its rough clay texture create a natural relaxed style on your dining table.

You can see the brush strokes on the pot's surface. These uneven brush strokes are an integral part of its natural, hand made appeal. You can use this pot for many different purposes, including as a sugar pot or as a spice pot.

This pot is also available in a smaller size. Get both pots to have a stylish, matched pair.

The potter Satoko Suzuki makes the best use of natural red clay's color and texture in her ceramics. She uses a different color for the slip coating in order to retain the clay's natural beauty. Her ceramics' shape and size are designed for everyday use.

Approximate Size: Diameter: 10cm (3.9") Height: 5.5cm (2.2")
