ORDER CONFIRMATION

After ordering online, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order details. All orders are subject to availability.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order prior to the items being shipped. If you cancel the item after it has been shipped, we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping fee, less a 15% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to cover the full cost of shipping for returning the item. Please also see our Refund policy for returning items.

SHIPPING TIME

We will attempt to send your goods within 5 working days of your payment processing date, Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

Delivery times may vary according to the destination, customs inspection and the local postal service. Approximate delivery times listed are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use either EMS Japan Post or other couriers when we ship from Japan. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

A physical street address is required, because we do not deliver to PO boxes. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at its destination if you have not provided correct address details and as much information as possible to assist the couriers when delivering.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to local charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For information about customs policies that apply in your country, we advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED BY COURIER

We carefully pack your order, however, we do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged by courier. Please let us know if you require insurance for loss or damage, at an additional charge.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 15% restocking plus the full cost of shipping.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address you provided, it is your responsibility to cover the full cost of shipping the order to a corrected address. You will be asked if you would like us to redeliver again with the additional shipping charge. If you choose not to redeliver the item again, we will refund your purchase price, minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusing the delivery for any reason we will refund your purchase item, minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.
